WHAT IT MEANS
A double or triple booked appointment means your Stylist and/or salon has such a demand for guests, they need to utilize certain styling and prepping timeframes to fit you in for your appointment.
In our industry, this is not just the normal, but rather a statement of earning your way to a greater level. Some of you may notice that we now have full-time assistants to help with this demand.
It’s no secret that we’re maximizing our time behind the chair. Our Stylists are behind the chair 35 hours a week. In our opinion, choosing to be a Hair Stylist is one of the toughest professions to excel in. What you may not know is that our career isn't only physically demanding, because we’re on our feet all day, lifting our arms and bending over frequently, but it's also tapping into both sides of our brain! We are thinking logically and analytically due to the high-performance hair coloring services using chemistry skills and performing haircutting services with geometry skills. We’re tapping into our creative brains which inspires us to formulate the beautiful colors and visualize the perfect shapes and styles for you! Finally, we are emotionally engaged with our guests. Essentially, no matter what happens to us personally, we are “on” when we are with our guests. Every day is a wonderful day because it is all about you. It’s not a career for the faint-hearted and at Roberto Style Salon, we take our career and job seriously. We’re here because we love people, we love to transform our guests and we want to thrive economically at the same time.
HOW IT WORKS
Let’s imagine you’re scheduled for a haircut. Your haircut may take between 30 to 90 minutes. Meanwhile, we have a guest seeking a color appointment. We are able to apply their color in 30 to 45 minutes which will need around 30-60 minutes to process. This will allow us to fit you in for your haircut appointment or vise versa to accommodate yourself and the other guest!
HOW WE PULL THIS OFF: TEAMWORK
It’s not just about the teamwork we have with our colleagues, but also the teamwork we have with our guests. Great communication is the building block for strong relationships. It’s very obvious to our guests how fabulous our teamwork is with one another. No business is perfect, but we strive for excellence every day. We promise that one week from today, one month from today, and one year from today, we will be functioning even better than today - changing for the better of our clients is our number one priority. We don’t want to be the biggest, we want to be the best for you.
